The farm covers approximately 20 hectares of cultivated land, between the ancient medieval village of Suvereto and the natural park of Montioni, and is only 5 km from the sea. The farm rears rabbits, hens and horses.
The four air-conditioned, centrally heated apartments are all situated on the ground floor :
- one large apartment for 6-7 persons
- two two-roomed apartments for 2 to 4 persons each
- a one-roomed apartment for three persons
- one room with services for the disabled
Outside the building is a private swimming pool and gazebo for a relaxing and peaceful stay.
