KIA6 – VIEW TO SIENA
In the classic Chianti region, surrounded by rows of serried vines, cypresses and olive trees, this family run vineyard enjoys an evocative view towards Siena, a mere 8 km distant. The four country houses around the estate have been transformed into 10 apartments restored with care and each one of its own unique character: some in the pure Tuscan style, with pavements in terracotta, beamed ceilings and stone walls, others with walls the colour of sage, rose, saffron, sky blue and yellow ochre. The furnishings are refined and tasteful with an overall homely and convivial atmosphere. The swimming pool is encircled by a large garden.
Description of an apartment type:
Living room: cooking surface, furnace, small fridge, microwave, toaster, filter coffee pot, sofa, telephone. Bedroom: double bed or two single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps.
Bathroom: washbasin, bidet, WC, shower.
Veranda or terrace equipped with table and chairs. Independent entrance.
