Apartments KIA7 - The Black Cockerel
This wonderful Tuscan hamlet and its surrounding estate enjoys a panoramic position at the very heart of the Chianti, along the ancient route between Siena to Florence which passes through Castellina and Greve in Chianti. The village was carefully restored in April 2006 to offer the more discerning visitor 13 pleasant apartments and two independent houses, sleeping from two to seven persons. The apartments, the house, reception area and wine cellar are found in the ancient landowner's villa, the farm, in the granaries and the former village schoolhouse.
The elegance of the furnishings, a close attention to detail, the warm delicate and natural colours of the interiors give the rooms a particularly evocative charm, refined yet homely. Highly maintained exteriors offer the possibility to stay comfortably out in the open. Many apartments have equipped external space either private or in common with other apartments.
The overflow swimming pool is equipped with beach umbrellas, recliners and deckchairs, with a panoramic view over the hills.
